Kaushalya Devi is a top businesswoman of the country. Her son Rajeev returns to India after completing his studies abroad. At the companys event Kaushalya Devi hands over the reins of the company to Rajiv. Rajivs uncle Dayal is very jealous of Kaushalyas success and wants to destroy her empire. Kaushalya meets with an accident and goes into a coma. Rajiv reaches out to the best doctors from India and abroad to cure her. Unfortunately there is no improvement. One day a Sadhu (priest) gives Rajiv a remedy to save his mother. Rajiv has to live the life of a beggar for 45 days. Everyday till 12:00 midnight he has to beg and donate whatever he receives. Can Rajiv who has lived all his life in luxury be able to live the life of a beggar? Will he pass the test and will he be able to give a new life to his beloved mother?
